Dec 1906, d. 1946 ---+++_The Life of Thomas Letson Pardo_ He was a school teacher, a farmer, and a storekeeper in Charing Cross and Duart, Ontario. Thomas Letson Pardo, Jr. was born on the home place, and he enjoyed the educational advantages of the home schools. He began to teach school in his own district. In 1887 he located on his farm, Lot 14, concession 15 and in addition owns 50 acres on concession 14. He was a teacher in a newly organized school for 2 years. He was well qualified as a teacher and if he had not chosen to give it up, would doubtless become widely known as an educator. He engaged in mixed husbandry, general crops, and raised 10 acres of tobacco. He was a practical and scientific farmer, and his methods proved eminently successful. ---+++_Thomas and Martha's Children_ *Lemuel Forest Pardo* Married Ellis Sprague, b. 26 Jun 1786, Adams, Berkshire County, Massachusetts. She died 31 Jan 1839, Reynoldsburg, Franklin County, Ohio.
